An Updated Template for Today’s Management Practices
For more than 10 years, the RGCQ has published an annual management agreement template that reflects the principles and values promoted by our organization in the field of condominium management.
Convinced that professional property managers and condominium syndicates share a common interest in adopting clear rules and sound management practices, the RGCQ makes this tool available to both parties.

In 2024, the management agreement template underwent a comprehensive review to incorporate current best practices as well as new requirements relating to the protection of personal information.
The document was subsequently enhanced in 2026, particularly to make it easier to consult and use.For 2027, the RGCQ is renewing this version of the management agreement, which remains fully adapted to the needs of condominium syndicates and professional property managers.
Important notice regarding English support
In accordance with the laws applicable in Québec, the official Contract for the Management of Divided Co-Ownership must be completed and kept in French in the records of the syndicate of co-ownership. For this reason, the RGCQ no longer provides an English version of the official contract form.
To support English-speaking users, the RGCQ now provides a Field by Field English Completion Reference Guide. When a request for the contract is submitted in English, this guide is automatically sent to the requester. It offers a section-by-section English translation of the French contract form to help users understand and properly complete the official French contract.
The official French contract must always be completed in French only. The English reference guide must not be filled in or used as a substitute for the French contract. It is provided solely as a completion aid.
