It is with great pride that the RGCQ will be giving a conference in the city of Trois-Rivières.

To mark this occasion, we will be pleased to welcome you to our very first conference in the city, which will take place in Trois-Rivières on Friday, November 21, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m.

Following the publication of Bill 16 in the Official Gazette on July 30, new rules now govern the management of co-ownerships in Quebec. This conference will help you understand the main obligations.

• Mandatory maintenance logbook (reviewed every 5 or 10 years)
• Contingency fund study every 5 years
