You’re invited to a special conference in Québec City on the regulatory framework of Law 16, taking place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m.
Following the publication of Law 16 in the Official Gazette on July 30, new regulations now govern the management of co-ownership in Quebec.
This conference will help you understand the main obligations introduced by this reform.
Key points:
- More detailed syndicate certificate required for sales
- Mandatory maintenance logbook (reviewed every 5 or 10 years)
- Contingency fund study every 5 years
- Deposits protected through trust accounts
This event is designed for condos of all sizes to help them prepare for and comply with the new regulations.
