Maxime Laflamme-Leblond, lawyer

Holder of a law degree from Laval University, Maxime Laflamme-Leblond has practices divided co-ownership and real estate law since 2015, and joined LJT Lawyers team's in February 2020.

As part of his practice, he advises and represents both co-ownership unions and co-owners, offering them his expertise in co-ownership law.

In litigation matters, he regularly represents the interests of co-owners and unions before ordinary courts and, occasionally, before certain administrative courts.

He is particularly interested in the current issues in terms of divided co-ownership, in particular in terms of short-term rental ("AirBnB" style or others) and cannabis consumption, about which he acts so much as legal adviser of unions and co-owners as an attorney in the context of disputes.

Finally, he began in 2022 as a lecturer at Cégep de Saint-Laurent wherehe teaches the course « Aspects légaux en gestion de copropriétés ».
