Highlighting 25 years of commitment

RGCQ AND CONDOLEGAL.COM JOIN FORCES TO MARK 25 YEARS OF COMMITMENT TO THE FIELD OF CO-OWNERSHIP

1999 was an important year for co-ownerships in Quebec. It marked the birth of two organizations dedicated to raising awareness of the rules specific to this lifestyle, supporting those who benefit from them, and helping them evolve for the common good. The RGCQ is one of these organizations.

Since its creation, the RGCQ has endeavored to unite all co-ownership stakeholders to advance priority issues and continually improve the governance and sustainability of this lifestyle.

At the same time, Condolegal.com, the RGCQ's long-standing partner in providing information and popularizing co-ownership law, continually answers questions from Internet users and anticipates their queries by offering constantly updated written, audio and video content on everything that's happening in this vast field.

Because the RGCQ and Condolegal.com have been building the future of co-ownership through collaboration and innovation for 25 years, it was only natural to mark this quarter-century of commitment together.

Celebrating our 25th anniversary is once again an opportunity to bring together all those who care about co-ownerships, to underline the ground we've covered, to recognize the efforts of those who have made a lasting contribution to its evolution, and to remind the authorities that the work isn't over, and that there are still many challenges to be met to ensure the quality of co-ownership life.

This gathering is only possible thanks to the involvement of our partners, indispensable supporters of our actions and achievements since day one. We warmly thank them for their unwavering confidence and constant commitment.

The symbolic setting of the Quebec National Assembly was an obvious choice to mark this important milestone in the history of our organizations, and to project our vision for the future of Quebec co-ownerships. September 19 will therefore be an important date in the history of the RGCQ and Condolegal.com, and the cement of our commitments for the coming years.
