As 2024 comes to an end, let’s look back on a memorable 25th year for our organization, marked by concrete and significant progress for managers and co-owners across Quebec.

A Record Year for Our 25th Anniversary

In 2024, the RGCQ celebrated its 25th anniversary with a record-breaking year: nearly 4,000 registrations for 30 events, over 2,700 requests processed, and 450 legal consultations provided to its members. Thanks to its diverse activities and legislative involvement, the organization continues to support and effectively represent condo co-owners and managers.

More Accessible Services

Our teams have worked tirelessly to meet the needs of our members:

• Nearly 2,700 requests handled by our info-management advisors, providing personalized and effective support.
• Over 450 free legal consultations offered to our members, helping resolve complex legal issues and ensuring smooth condominium management.

Engaging and Impactful Activities

With a dynamic and varied program, we brought our members together across Quebec:

• Nearly 4,000 registrations (with 3,200 attendees) for 30 events held this year—a record!
• 14 training webinars and two editions of Info-Condos, addressing learning needs and industry updates.
• Seven in-person conferences, bringing together nearly 900 people in Quebec City, Gatineau, and Montreal.
• Two memorable golf tournaments, with 144 participants in Montreal and 142 in Quebec, in a friendly and professional setting.

And it’s not over! Two upcoming webinars will wrap up this exceptional year.

A Strong Voice for the Sector

The RGCQ has also been actively involved in improving the legislative framework by participating in several bills, reinforcing our role as a key representative for condo owners and managers.

We played a central role in advocating for managers and co-owners in:

• Bill 16, leading to significant progress regarding the contingency fund, maintenance log, and certification of condominium status.
• Bill 76, increasing oversight of construction sites to benefit all future condo owners in Quebec.
