New two-part training formula: the first part will be held on Friday March 14 from 9am to 12pm, and the second part will be held on Friday March 21 from 9am to 12pm. Your registration includes both sessions, and the connection link you will receive will be valid for both dates.
The co-ownership administrator plays a key role in the management of a building. His or her main responsibilities include making strategic decisions concerning the orientations and priorities of the co-ownership. These decisions are designed to ensure the building's preservation, and the maintenance and administration of the common areas.
In addition, the administrator must safeguard the rights of the immovable and the co-ownership, while ensuring compliance with the Declaration of Co-ownership. They must also respect the obligations and duties defined by the Civil Code of Québec and the Declaration of Co-ownership.
To support administrators in their role, Condo 101 offers a customized program designed to teach the basics of co-ownership administration. Delivered in partnership with Dunton Rainville, this two-part program provides the tools needed to manage a co-ownership effectively.. You will receive the login link 24 hours before the event and the registration within a week after the event.

For specific requests to use another payment method, please contact us at evenements@rgcq.org Please note that an additional $2 processing fee will be applied to your invoice for manual registration. You will then receive your invoice by e-mail and will be able to select another payment method.
Cancellation and refund policy : You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. After this time, no cancellations, credits or refunds are possible.
