Using carefully designed case studies (and sometimes deliberately tricky ones!), this activity will immerse you in today’s key challenges and encourage you to reflect on the best practices to adopt.

You will be invited to review each situation, compare perspectives, and deepen your understanding through exchanges with other participants.

This roundtable is built around active and collaborative participation.

In small groups, you will discuss, debate, and explore different solution pathways tailored to the scenarios presented.

Your ideas and interpretations will help fuel a dynamic and engaging group discussion.

Depending on the number of participants, some groups will have the opportunity to share their reflections and conclusions with the full audience, encouraging a valuable cross-exchange of experience and professional practices.

To conclude, our panel of experts will help clarify the issues raised, provide clear legal insight, and offer practical and concrete answers adapted to the situations discussed.
