Lökkö was born in 2016 as a result of the magic of Odile's first three salad dressing recipes which were unique flavorful concoctions. Considerable reflection was required since every ingredient - cedar, kombu, apple, squash, and even Labrador tea, grown in Quebec - had to be local!

Considerable thought was also put into finding each dressing's personality. With this personal touch of humor, we hope to bring character to your salads and find a seat at your tables by giving rise to discussions around a good unifying, and festive meal.
