Co-ownership insurance regulations: a final point to Bill 141

On April 15, 2020, the government published a Regulation regarding the insurance for divided co-ownerships, which complements the provisions of Bill 141. This regulation specifies the measures for the contributions made to the self-insurance fund and the assessment of the reconstruction value.
