After ten years with the RGCQ, Laurent Émery has chosen to move towards new horizons:
“After ten great years with the RGCQ, the time has come to face new challenges. January 2023 will mark this change. I would therefore like to thank the great family of the Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Québec (RGCQ) who welcomed me and trusted me since 2013. I leave behind a magnificent team and directors of very high quality. I also salute the former presidents, colleagues, administrators and partners that I had the chance to meet over the past ten years.
Several great projects have been carried out in recent years and the Regroupement has never been in better health. It goes without saying that the organization, its team and its Board have everything in hand to pursue this great growth. I wish them the best of success. »The members of the RGCQ Board of Directors are proud to welcome Me Denise Brosseau, notary, MBA, ASC, accredited mediator (UdeS/IMAQ), as General Manager, who will succeed Laurent Émery.
Me Brosseau is a senior executive with legal and administrative training. She has more than 30 years of experience in various sectors of activity, including that of professional orders, as general manager, where she successfully carried out major transformations, including the establishment of the first university program certificat in Quebec in condo management.
She has also been involved, on many occasions, in the advancement of the professionalization of the title of manager in co-ownership, for the purpose of protecting the public.
“It is with great enthusiasm and excitement that I agreed to join the dynamic team of the RGCQ, a group recognized as a pioneer and a leader in the field of co-ownership. It will be my pleasure to use my skills and work experience to serve the RGCQ, its members and business partners. »
Me Denise Brosseau will take office as of January 9, 2023.
