Adopted on June 13th, 2018, Bill 141 has brought about significant changes to the Civil Code of Quebec with regards to divided co-ownership insurance. The previous edition of this work, which was published in 2011, has been reviewed and significantly improved in order to account for the dispositions adopted by four regulations that have since then followed.
